Bought a Stihl brushcutter from them a few weeks ago .Best price and even though it was free post it turned up in 3 days. Bought a BBQ from them last week . Same speedy delivery but when I opened it a part was damaged. Got straight onto them . Sent them a quick photo and then 3 days later a new part arrived. Kept me updated throughout process. Excellent customer service.
Product was fine, but instructions could have been a lot clearer, took several attempts to put nuts/ bolts in correct pre drilled holes
Great company and fantastic service.
This would be a five star but when I rang to get some tracking details on my parcel, I was told. “They will send a code shortly” all I wanted was to know when my parcel would arrive. Other than this the company is amazing. Will be using them again.
